These collections were a part of my Diploma-Project with “Sweet Dreams”, a Mumbai based sleep-wear Company established in 1989. Over a short span of time the company developed various sub-brands in the areas of Lounge/Relax/ Off-Work and Active Wear, which are being retailed under the parent brand of ‘SDL’. During the project I worked on developing a range of sleep-wear for the brand ‘SDL-LITE’, which was born as an off-shoot, to meet the consumer needs pertaining to sleep-wear category, though it eventually evolved as an economy range lounge wear. The project aimed at creating specialised sleep wear for women and hence re-establishing the brand in resonance with the original idea. I worked on designing focused range of sleep-wear targeting majorly two seperate client groups and another range of chex sleep-wear suitable for both client categories, for the season Spring-Summer 2012.
