The 370 Asylum Ave project dealt with renovating an existing building in accordance with the iQuilt plan; the Master Plan for the city of Hartford. The South Elevation faced Bushnell Park along side Asylum Ave. while the North facade of the building shared an alley way with a neighboring building.
