This structure was created out of foam core. Reason for the design was to create a display that could be used as a turn key product. This display could be but was not designed to be Die Cut. It was completely cut out of 4 ft by 8 ft sheets of .25 thick foam core. Using a CNC machine. It can be produced in small and large quantities. Without the need for a tooling die. Held together with plastic screws. the structures strength was created by folding the material.
