Floral ornamentation has proliferated over the past seven or eight years, and so there is an abundance of ready-made florals that can be stamped onto (or under) any design one chooses. Creating ornamentation that interacts with the subject is a much more involved process - and a much more rewarding one.

A shirt created to commemorate a fraternity formal, this design is printed with navy ink on a bright blue shirt. The fleur-de-lis includes cutouts that act as highlights, and the whole is encompassed by hand-drawn floral ornamentation.
