Phone idea - The idea behind this phone, is to simplfy the conventional keypad so that the keys can be easily seen and used by the all generations.
Having a simple keypad on a phone with basic functions, avoids confusion and is easy to use.

Extend working life:
- Consider how product design can positively effect the working environment for the older employee.
- Choose a product that is currently problematic for the older worker and redesign it to achieve a more positive, effective and inclusive outcome
Problems with sight can be a common problem amongst the older generation and modern technologies can cause confusion.
I have decided to go down the route of designing a phone that can be easily used by the elderly whilst being subtle.
