Photos taken during my Digital Photography & Social Media course. Edited in Photoshop with either B/W or monochrome tints. The purpose of this gallery is to present good examples monochromatic imagery with attention to tonal contrast, brightness, and light and darkness. I was to photograph the simplicity and calmness nature along with its surrounding urban environment. Some were close up shots with just nature showing while others included nature (as the focus) and urban structures. I wanted to try and experiment with different angles and viewpoints.
