This test office furniture is cut and edge banded in one process with a pod and rail CNC machine. The surface has a paper foil laminated surface.
The custom dining room table and the back shelf were laminated with veneer and edge banding to match. A corrugated table and shelf does not have to appear like a Kraft corrugate brown furniture.
This prototype KD whimsical child's chair is printed and laminated with HPL. All corners were rounded off and an upholstered seat was incorporated. The panels were butt joined together with a proprietary locking system.
This knock down bench is constructed with HPL for durability. No hardware was required since a lap join assembly was incorporated. With the proper positioning of the paper panel, the bench carried 3 adults without any panel deflection.
This prototype coffee table required minimal hardware. A simple plastic lock was place underneath the legs to prevent the legs from sliding off its position. Is flat packed for easy shipping.
This Modular Office Space was demoed in a warehouse. Laminate with PET plastic, the panels were easily cleaned and allowed for flawless vinyl graphic application. Windows with plexi inserts and a sliding door completed the versatile room. A canvas drop ceiling was placed to provide some sound dampening and dust protection. In total, the Modular office was assembled in 4 hours. No physical warm or damage to the surrounding environment in the event the office was to be relocated.

A low home office book shelf complete with 2 tone finish. The panels were assembled with a proprietary locking system and lap joins.
The pneumatic Task table prototype was assembled with 2" thick panel panels. Typically, the table used MDF and or Plywood, but created an incredible amount of weight since the walls were built up to 2" thick. The corrugated Kraft paper panels solved this issue since it was less the weight and functioned to retain the accessories of the table.
This Point of Purchase Solar Display was constructed with plastic infills to display sustainable and portable power. What better way than to use a sustainable structural paper material.
This light weight 10 x 10 exhibit traveled in a van. Came with a shipping case, adjustable shelves, monitor and lights. The paper panels were laminated with HPL for durability and for application of vinyl graphics.
Hoarding panel beta test at a mall. New stores were being installed and rather than using typical studs and drywall to create hoarding, the corrugated panels were tested. Not only did the panel installation take half the time, no mess and damage were made to the newly built floors and walls. A vinyl graphic application was installed the next day. Once store installation was completed, the panels are unlocked and can be assembled for the next store. The drywall hoarding typically used are either thrown away or donated.
The versatility of this corrugate paper panel is endless. A warehouse required a lunchroom for their staff. This 24' x 27' lunchroom was installed in days complete with kitchen, running water and an entertainment unit. Electrical was run through the walls for powering cell phones, vending machines, microwaves and fridges. Even the drop ceiling was made of the paper panels to create ambiance and to support the LED lighting.

This paper board is a multi layered corrugate and honeycomb panel manufactured with a proprietary lamination process. The result is a lightweight, sturdy and environmentally responsible product. Finishing options include HPL, ABS, PET, woodgrain foils, Polybak, paper and digital print. Panels can be finished with ABS edge banding on our customized contour and straight line edge banding equipment. Design is not limited to straight lines. Custom manufacturing capabilities expand the creativity and imagination of all designers.
