Healthy fryer Philips - Project goal
In the research done about
perception of sustainability in domestic
appliances, the fryer was perceived as the
least sustainable kitchen appliance of all.
The main reason why people perceived the
frying process as unsustainable is the large
amount of oil used. Therefore the aim was
to reduce the amount of oil needed, what
makes this fryer also a healthier and more
sustainable appliance.
