Beach House: 05/2021
For my Capstone project, I decided to create a multi-family beach house.
For the home, I created three separate levels. In order to accommodate so many people, there needed to be a lot of space, so the project covers roughly 10,000 square feet on each floor. There are two family rooms, a large kitchen and two kitchenettes, a large dining room as well as a dining space outside, eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a half bath, a laundry room, a garage, a game space and a movie room in the basement, and a massive patio.
The layout of the home goes follows: the game room, the movie room, one kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room will go in the basement. A family room, the kitchen, the dining room, the half bath, one bedroom and bathroom, the mudroom, and a master bedroom and bathroom will be found on the main floor. The remaining kitchenette, family room, one master bedroom and bathroom, and three bedrooms and 3 bathroom will go upstairs.
