Disney Tsum Tsum - Character Sculptures and Paint
Oversized 3D display sculptures of Disney’s Tsum Tsum characters for Disney’s D23 Expo (JAKKS Pacific hard-goods miniature figurine license). I sculpted and painted every figure, building forms from insulation foam with a band saw, then applying specialty sculpting and foam coating materials, surface finishing, and paint for a show-floor-ready look. Sculpts, proportions, and paint were executed to meet Disney licensing requirements and approved for public display at D23. I also fabricated Dumbo’s camera using vacuum-formed parts (lens + working flash) and created a custom strap. The display was later shown at San Diego Comic-Con and Toy Fair (Los Angeles and Stockholm).
