TIBOR KALMAN - Tibor Kalman was truly a bad ass of Graphic Design. His devil-may-care attitude about design is kept in check by his unwillingness to fail (more than once) and his striving to learn & create the most creative solutions. His relations with clients ranged from casual to offensive, and I loved that about him. I created this book with his attitude in mind. I used his work & his design beliefs (including trial & error) to assemble this book. I also didn't use a grid (Tibor hated them).
