COSTAMAR BEACH FRONT CONDOS [2014-2016]______________________Design collaboration with HURTADO ARQUITECTOS / High end custom beach front condo project in the Nicaraguan Pacific Coast. Located within Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club state; COSTAMAR consists of 28 condo units, clustered in 4 spacious beachfront condo buildings. Two large swimming pools will be the heart of the complex working as an oasis. The contemporary design palette mixes rich woods and warm materials that can be found locally throughout Nicaragua, with clean and top of the line finishes. A richness of textures highlights the design: artisanal clay flooring, wood accents, stone garden walls and roof top terraces_____________________________________________

"Thea" and "Febe" units renders / Views from and within the condo units, pool area and near landscape terrain

OASIS design / Notes on conceptualization processes and form experiments / Original generic organic bean shape was deeply though out with the intention to evolve into an unconventional pool side area contrary to generic solutions of leisure spaces with water mirrors, this is a live recreational area, an oasis where you can find water and vegetation; a water spring in the middle of the sand.
