Inspiration:
The main inspiration is on a casual punk fashion incorporating knits and plaid.
Sweater:
A knitted denim color sweater that I did on my knitting machine, then cut and sewed it together. It features a cabled strip in a harness style design. I got the inspiration after seeing some harnesses and noticing that the areas where they extend to can be used for shaping instead of darts. The yarn is an acrylic 2/24 ply yarn and three strands of it, with a twill / speckled denim colored yarn. The cabled sections are done in a similar combination of yarn, but with a solid denim color strand mixed in.
Pants:
Using the personal slopers I developed, I made a standard fitted plaid pants with pockets that I pattern matched.
