Design Thinking- Mexico Rebrand

In collaboration with Global Brand Design, Local Mexico Marketing team, Field Agents and Agency partner – I managed the launch of the Design Thinking Methodology with the development of a Needs Matcher Tool and Welcome Kit.

Spending a "day in the life" with the 3 field agents we gained insight in to how they interact with potential customers, the challenges they faced working on site as well as gathering input from customers on what their needs are- our design team was able to mock-up prototypes that were tested with the field agents to inform final designs.
