Jan and Feb
This illustration was done in line art. As you can see I have used different variations of line weight and used a large amount of cross hatching to give it a shadowing effect.
What is happening in this illustration is that Capricorn and Aquarius were having drinks when Aquarius finds Pisces in her cup and learned that they were swimming in it. She isn't happy while Capricorn is confused.
Mar & Apr
This illustration was done in image/live trace. What I did was recreate this illustration in illustrator and used the image trace button to get this result.
What is happening in this piece is that Aries and Taurus are trying to figure out how Pisces is in human like form.
May and Jun
This illustration was done with gradient mesh. I have used the mesh in the clothing, cups, Taurus's horns, his nose ring, Gemini's necklace, and Cancer's claw and hair tie. As well as the table.
In this illustration, Taurus and Cancer are about to flirt with Gemini. The twins are renamed as Gemi (Left) and Ni (Right).
September and October
Libra (The scale), Virgo (The girl), and Scorpio (The man), Libra is scaling the weight of the other two
November and December (Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Capricorn) with special effects (outer and inner glow, and blur)
With an japanese theme
Sagittarius are part of the same army and they come across an enemy, Scorpio
Front (Left) and Back (Right) Covers.
Used the special effects as the cover and illustrated a greek-like marble for the background.

Zodiac Calendar
This is a continuation project for my digital illustration class. We are making a calendar with a theme and different styles of illustration. My theme is the zodiac Some of the comment elements throughout the pages that you will see are the star constellations in the background, the zodiac symbols on the bottom pages, and I even have the dates within the months as well. You will also see the 12 zodiacs interacting with each other.
