Echo 6 Chair

A sculptural lounge chair shaped by rhythm, geometry and the number six.
Echo 6 is a bold yet ergonomic seating piece grounded in the repetition and symmetry of the number six.
Its defining feature is a pair of 6 shaped laminated plywood frames forms that function as both legs and arm rests giving the chair its name and its structural identity
The idea began with a simple question:
Can a number become a structure?
By abstracting the figure “6” into a continuous curve, the frame emerged as a sculptural element rigid, graphic and architectural.
But the intention was never to create a hard object. The challenge was to introduce softness, rhythm and human comfort into this geometric shell.
This balance is achieved through layered cylindrical cushions, stacked in sequences inspired by the body’s natural posture.
The result is a chair that looks sculptural from afar but feels inviting up close.
