We designed the product in order to raise awareness of the vast amount of cars being disposed every year. Investigating several car dumping sites in Seoul, Gangneung, Gwangju and Daegu, we gathered statistical data on the problem.

Depleting the counterparts that are hard to recycle, we were able to find a pragmatic way to recycle the other remaining parts.

We turned deserted trunk doors upside down to create chairs and used the leather from the car seats to make cushions. Also, by re-using the pipes in the cars, we made chair legs. Also, wipers were used in creating light stands.

Using the parting line of the trunk doors, we made cushions that looked resonated its original form.

Without altering the original shape of the wiper, we created a light stand. The weight of the handle acted as the central weight of the stand and a dimmer switch was used for users to adjust the brightness of the LED light.
