We start getting the world out to people early by handing these 4x6 postcards out.
Since it is an art festival, I wanted the design to be eye catching and full of color.
The ArtFest 8.5x14 flier was a challenge because of the large amount of sponsors and creatives to fit on one side, but I didn't want to lose the colorful rainbow that happened with the postcard. I felt this had a great balance of color, but still using the white space to give our eyes a rest. These were distributed to businesses to hang up on a wall, billboard, or window.

Third Annual ArtFest - Promotional Materials
ArtFest is a creative festival for local artisans and organizations to help cultivate an appreciation of the arts to the public through the sale of their handmade products and educating about the intriguing processes in which their art is made. Organizations are welcomed to create art with the public through hands-on or experience stations that capture the essence of their mission. I am one of the people who help coordinate the art festival, and this year I designed some of the marketing materials.
