Jesse Shaw

The Wharf Bench was the result of an International Design Contest held in Boston in 2013. Twenty out of two hundred designs were selected and given a stipend to create their bench. The Wharf Bench was one of these chosen, designed for the Fort Point area near the children's museum. There is more stultification beyond the benches rustic aesthetic. The three legs were locked in place using an anchoring system to create a structure from the base.
