Student Work - ISTD ~ A Collection of Things We Take for Granted
This was a project for ISTD (International Student Typographic Design competition), where we had to design a collection of anything but typography is the main focus.
I decided to design a book that showcases “Things we take for granted”. I brainstormed and thought of a lot of things we as humans have, but don’t know what an impact it makes on our lives. This is my collection of the things I thought we took for granted. The things that I thought of was books, microwaves, running water, plastic, public transport, mobile communication, paper and email. Each of these things has an impact on our everyday lives.
