The out of box experience is the curation of all processes occurring during initial Android device startup. The customer powers the device on for the first time experiencing only the essential processes. Originally this took 10-15 minutes, refinement and collaboration among OEM and Product Engineering reduced this to 60 seconds realizing a significant cost savints.
