This project involved designing a new casing around an existing shower radio. My idea here was to design a simple and sleek product that would fit well into a variety of bathroom settings. Nothing too bland, or too aggressive.
Much like the other projects, preliminary volume sketches, and further refined sketches were key in the designing process.
Four main concepts were chosen, from which, one final design was approved. The ripple featured design was the most popular because it gives a sense of calmness and seems to fit best in a bathroom setting where you are surrounded by and immerse yourself in water which relaxes you.
