Robotic Marble Trasporter

Designed and built as part of the Robot Mechanism Design course, this overly-complicated marble handler transports steel bearings on a helical path using a single motor. Multiple four-bar linkages are connected via bevel gears, giving the system only one degree of freedom. Slider-crank mechanisms allow for non-powered marble delivery to and from the main carrier.
