Farm Journal Media is the world's largest and oldest agricultural media company. It runs the #1 agricultural website, agweb.com, and distributes the #1 agricultural magazine, Farm Journal, in addition to many other noteworthy accomplishments.
I was hired to help organize and run more than 20 events over the summer of 2012. Farm Journal Media (FJM) runs "Corn Colleges," "Soybean Colleges," and other ag day-long workshops for farmers in different areas around the midwest. Each of the events lasted from one to three days and had 200-400 attendees. These events included industry celebrity keynote speakers, expert-led workshops, meals, and sometimes also transportation.
