Wi-Tricity Router
This product was the outcome of a self directed project. It focuses on a new technology being developed at MIT that allows wireless transfer of electricity between devices. It takes the form of a router and receiver system not unlike Wi-Fi boxes available today, so it's something people can understand and relate to. Also, as more energy is used through the product, the light tube in the centre extends giving a visual indication of how much is being used, keeping wastage to a minimum.
