This Norton was designed to illustrate where at this time Norton need to concentrate their market to. New models are needed and Triumph's new 400 has shown this to be a viable market, and all rounder and new entry level. Owner TVS have the engine which BMW use, and a frame. Styling and the name of Norton would bring the rewards they need.
