Concept of Democratic Public Facade - My initial idea was about democracy. Democracy is related to almost all countries and all countries claim they are democratic. For me the interesting things of democracy are equal access to power and freedom and liberties. During the process of research, the concept of democracy and socialism are very similar in terms of equality, and at this point, US is turning to Social-Democracy.
Public Facade of Democracy - The function of my public façade is a shopping window; shows through corporation, socialism and democracy can work together. Frame work shows the socialism and mechanize is a metaphor of democracy.
Construction Drawing - The methodology of joints and its usage on model.
The line drawing shows how the model moves and how the joints effect its movement.
Construction on site drawing - My tool is viewing and co-pushing. Two people pushing the façade, to touch the goods. The view port can see the goods, but by pushing the façade, people can get the goods. It shows social democracy. The side of the façade shows both sides are understandable from a special perspective.
Same access to goods is a metaphor of same access to power, freedom and liberties. Co-pushing means socialism and democracy is in each other at the moment.
