The thesis was about making a solution to prevent future chronic deseases like diabetes throuhg a design proposal. The root to prevent this was chronic stress in dailylife while driving, fact found during the research. The final proposal was a medical device coordinated with an app, that works together to detect and prevent high levels of stress by making user acknowledge their state while driving. The app was the guide and tutor for users to achive the goal of being more resilient, peacefull and conscious of their own body responses when stress events happen. Improving like this the wellbeing in levels of physiology and psychology in drivers.
