Dyslexor & Imaginaut Posters - These posters were made as a promotion for the web-based literacy program run by Jon Schieska called Guys Read. To reinforce the methodology behind the program and appeal to adolescent males I chose a graphic novel/comicbook approach. Knowing that so many adolescents are now enjoying both the art and stories presented by the medium, I created these posters to try to get the word out. Posters rendered using traditional drafting techniques, inking, and digital coloring and assembly.
Reading-Berks Science and Engineering Fair Poster - This poster was one of the rounds done for free in the first annual Kutztown University Designathon (sponsored by AIGA). The client wanted an up to date design that would have a readily editable date field. The client also asked that the poster use a "strong" look to help it pop of the wall.
Underage Commerce Poster - This was for an initiative the graphic design department at Kutztown University established called "Voices from the Library". We had to chose a topic in which some group of people were under-represented or were not allowed to voice their opinions. I chose underage victims of sex slavery. With this project not only did I learn of the staggering facts represented in millions by this group of people, but also of the crimes they were, and are, subject to.
The Chronicles of Spawn - This project's base was to create a "coffee table" book that illustrates an individual's personality as it's basis. I wanted to keep type as a strong asset and imagery and a supporter. The anti-hero Spawn (Al Simmons) seemed the best subject because of his originality amongst his peers and the dark intensity his written stories convey. What you see above are some of the spreads and the composited cover.
Go 2 Market Logo - This was a logo I created for one of Hershey's interior departments. They needed a logo to encompass five of their major product departments all into one identity.
Advil PM in-house poster - A poster I created for Wyeth to promote Advil PM within their company.
Butchered Salutations #1 - One of four greeting cards I designed to be given out only between the best of friends. The greeting cards, I've dubbed "Butchered Salutations", is a series of dark and humorous cards with humor not for the faint of heart. Employing a grittier illustrating style and colors that both accentuate and pop, they're sure to be the best card your close friends has received in a while.

Acrilix Graffiti Newsletter - A newsletter I created to promote the legal, recreational, and artistic expression of graffiti. With the modern street-art's widespread range of artists from so many cultures and countries I wanted to create a way for them to all be able to learn and hear about events going down in different areas. **Note: This is a tri-fold layout**
