My Role-
As the Product Designer, I was responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions to streamline the meeting management process for a central bank department. My work spanned user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless digital transformation.
Challenges-
Manual Processes: Meetings were scheduled and managed via email-based submissions, leading to inefficiencies and lack of structured data.
Action Item Tracking: Teams struggled to track meeting outcomes, action items, and follow-ups, resulting in delays and miscommunication.
Lack of Centralized Reporting: Generating reports on meeting discussions and action item statuses was time-consuming, as records were only available in physical format.
Approval Workflow: The approval process was fragmented, requiring multiple back-and-forth emails, making it difficult to maintain transparency.
