Introduction
Blaze is a Solar CRM, Design Tool built to make business lives a bit easier when it comes to managing the entire solar sales workflow under one roof in a seamless manner. Blaze provides an extensive set of features such as Lead management, Automatic and Manual solar design tools, Project management with customisable workflows, automated actions and much more.
Context
The Client came to us with the intention of bringing all aspects of the solar workflow under one roof and not to rely on any third party tools.
My Role-
Conduct user research to understand the solar sales workflow and third-party integrations.
To Design a universal, scalable workflow adaptable to different solar businesses.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs, balancing usability with technical feasibility.
Develop a design system for consistency and smooth developer handoff.
