Apprenticeship Path Poster for Schools
The recruiting team was having difficulties explaining the educational path of an apprentice. They are different between trades and between states. I consulted with the team and developed an approach encompassing all trades and states to give an overall general path of an apprenticeship program. Internally, we have never been able to provide a broad explanation. I worked with a design company to manage the overall look. Recruiters will distribute these posters distribute to schools and counselors all over the country. The QR code will take them to our Apprenticeship page on our website and track analytics.
