Live project with Libby Jade LTD

This was a live Project at University and was run by a team of 8 people. The project started in November 2012 and finished in March 2013. The client for this project was Carl Valley, a Director of Libby Jade Ltd. The Initial concept for the Mosses basket included a second skin part which you flip over to create a stand.

There are several disadvantages to the original concept such as it being difficult for the user to flip the second skin over the existing basket. The Product was not very easy to clean, was expensive to manufacture and not aesthetically pleasing, the redesigned concept aimed to rectify these issues.

At the end of the project there were two concepts that were presented, This is the final concept as chosen by Carl Valley and which is now undergoing further product development and prototyping by a local design Consultancy.
