Multifunctional Recycled Chair

An ergonomically designed, multifunctional chair. The chair itself can be flipped between a rocking state and a stationary one depending on the users needs. It is made entirely using recycled materials, the seat face of the chair is coated with tightly rolled and varnished newspapers, giving off an appealing blend of colours as the different articles merge. The main body of the chair has been inspired by the lattice structure produced by bees within their nests, it is made using scrap cardboard tubing, sourced from a local carpet distributer.
