Ostara Rising
My entry in the Ostara Art Show at Ink, Inc. in Buffalo, NY, which opened on March 27, 2015. Acrylic on canvas, roughly 8" x 10".
Ostara is the Pagan Goddess otherwise known as "Easter". In my painting she is symbolizing the dawn, her heart is the rising sun.
...what light through yonder window breaks?
It is the East, and Ostara is the sun....
