MIES - Modular Stand
MIES is a modular furniture system that balances the warmth of regional poplar wood with the technical precision of lightweight aluminum. Based on a single trapezoidal module, it dynamically configures into closed hubs, linear zig-zags, or open spaces to adapt to human flow. The concept merges the raw honesty of the Castilian harvest (mies) with the structural clarity of rationalist architecture. The experience is collaborative from the start, arriving in a 2.1m recycled raffia bag designed to be carried and intuitively assembled by two people.
