Developed for SILMO 2026, we engineered a highly technical optical frame from bioceramic eggshell waste. Moving from strict analog constraints to parametric CAD, we designed a zero-screw, metal-free structure. The final geometry was proven through digital assembly checks and dual SLA/FDM physical prototypes to validate both aesthetics and hinge kinematics.
