Candler Park Properties formerly known as Wiedmayer & Company is a commercial property management firm that is relocating to a new office space. A historic residence will be designed and transformed into a multi-functional and flexible space to adapt to an increase in workers. The company has a total of 7-9 employees where Ryan Wiedmayer is the CEO. This company includes 2 departments, accounting and property management, a central point of contact, the secretary, and the office for the CEO. Using the adaptive reuse strategies, the building will uphold the historical look on the exterior, but will be designed to fit the client’s needs on the interior.
