Nokia Mobile Base Transeiver Station - The Mobile BTS was a final year group project undertaken within an MDes Industrial Product Design degree. The brief was set by Nokia Communication, UK. The brief was to design a mobile BTS solution for Micro and Macro products, which can be moved easily to and from selected urban and rural environments.
Mountain Search and Rescue Lighting Rig - Imagine you’re at 2500ft in the middle of a blizzard. You’ve fallen 50ft and broken your leg. It’s starting to get dark. Someone has sent for help. The mountain rescue team are on their way. The trouble is they can’t find you.
