Original concept sketch was created in the 1970s from Simon Atkinson a well know designer illustrator from the UK one of the actual designers of the hand drawn designs of the space ship the "Discovery " from the movie and novel "2001 Space Odyssey" and "Blake 7". Simon gave me special permission to recreate his concept sketch called "Freedom" from paper to CGI with my own flair , i believe the concept was for a proposed
TV pilot in the 70s that never aired .
