Innovation Soul Board

For the development of commercially successful products, designers must consider a range of factors which identify product need and are used to assess the feasibility and profitability of a proposal. As such most manufacturers will find that they must work within known boundaries, either defined by their customer base or the manufacturing resources available to them.

In order to represent this set of conditions you have been asked to research, develop and present a proposal for a new product or range of products.

In groups of 3 you will be expected to explore a potential market (customer base), investigate the manufacturing capabilities available to you, identify suppliers of raw materials and potential methods of distribution.
