Expanding my hand fabrication skills : ) I typically am just a CAD designer, but this is a recent garage build I built myself. I got to borrow a manual tube bender at Zukun Plan where I used to work, and honed my welding skills. There are a number of typical fiberglass kits out there to convert your bug to a Baja, but I was stoked to create my own custom design and to use only original bodywork to get the shapes I wanted. I wrapped it and it looks pretty good from 10ft out! (just don't get closer)
