DirtDevil Reach 360

Had the incredible opportunity at Zukun to work on this project from start to finish. This is the last in a line of several concepts and breadboard models created to evaluate ergonomics, handle shape and weighting. Styling, modeling, and creating unique internals based on DirtDevil's over-the-wall separator technology preceded providing SLA geometry for a prototype, and then working back and forth with manufacturing to tweak final details. Input, advice and helpful vetos from all Zukun members as always!

  • Thanks a ton Gebre!! much appreciated : ) actually, you can head on down to Target and pick one up if you want! Just used rhino for this. The DirtDevil Dash is actually the only item on my page in which I used both rhino and solidworks, ha that was my first project for them and quickly abandoned that approach for rhino only

  • I'd definitely buy this vacuum! Hopefully it will be on the market soon! Fantastic modeling! I also see that you used Rhinoceros modeling software, but it looks like you also used Solidworks too. I'm I correct?
