Website Design User Experience Improvements

The donation page/website user experience was critical to this non-profit. Previously there were confusing payment buttons with very long CTA text. There were also poorly embedded payment modules with a clunky scroll. Also added more persuasive copy as before it was left ambiguous.

Hotjar is installed which can be used to monitor user behavior and make ongoing improvements to design – eg. determine if there are confusing elements that might be lowering conversion rates.
