Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") Compliance – UX Lead / IA
This initiative focused not just on making the current platform ADA compliant, but on creating a plan for ensuring that all future platforms were compliant and educating developers on maintaining those standards. Since this is a new and evolving web practice there are not currently clearly articulated guidelines, which lead us to develop our own. This process was particularly important to us as an educational company selling to universities which are legally responsable for upholding the Americans with Disabilities Act.
