Connect Study: A Student Experience Overhaul – UX Lead / IA
Role: UX Lead / Information Architect – McGraw-Hill sought to transition Connect from a homework management system into a total learning environment. Our first step was rethinking the entire student experience. To begin this transition, we gave students contextual information about their performance, and tried to weave in motivation to improve their comprehension through using the vast array of study materials provided through Connect.
