User Testing Program – IA
In a company trying to shift from a print to a digital business model, we struggled with user stories that were primarily crafted by siloed business units with different needs. This UX initiative formed around the need for a centralized testing program to promote best practices and appropriate methodologies, so that we could build our solutions on sound user data. To teach these practices, I ran a series of workshops based on redesigning a fictitious North Pole application with workflows similar to those found on our platform.
