This project was part of a competition which got first prize.
Enable is a group of 3 products, a sensor, a hub and an app suited for care homes or private ones to minimize care costs and assist people with independent living.
Using facial recognition (no recording) it picks up the facial features of the user and uploads its pre loaded user profile and can relay messages to the user to prompt gentle reminders.
The hub - Using algorithms it creates patterns using the data received from the sensor. If any out of the ordinary activity occurs (user leaving the home at 3am for example), it notifies the carer via the app.
The carer can then contact the user either by telephoning them, visiting the home, or contacting them by speaking in real time through the sensor.
