Go Global 2011- Craftology - Prarambh is an outcome from GoGlobal 2011, a collaborative project between National Institute of Design, Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. The theme of the project ‘Craftology’ aims to explore the concept of modern craft and the change in the meaning of crafts in India. Our team chose to study how Indian craft relates to the context in which it is carried out, with the aim of finding new ways to promote sustainable and culturally sensitive development in India.
