Cruet Set

One of the project that I had to do in my first year was to design a cruet set. The narrative of this project was, one day I realised that a lot of people have potted plants on their tables so I started to design cruet sets based on this theory. Then I realised something more visually stunning was needed, so I made it look more like a vase and flowers. The final product is a salt and pepper vase that splits, and a vinegar and oil flowers that are made from glass. The reason I chose glass is so when lights shine through it it makes the liquid look more beautiful.
